Stainless Steel Coil Tube
Used in heat exchangers, food and beverage processing, pharmaceutical industries, medical equipment, automotive applications, wort chiller, flash cooler, and fermentation cooling systems. Its smooth surface, corrosion resistance, and durability make it ideal for sanitary and high-temperature environments, ensuring efficiency and longevity in critical fluid handling systems.

PROPERTIES, and CHEMICAL COMPOSITION
– Production: Cold drawing/Welded
– Shape: Coiled
– Surface Treatment: Bright annealing(BA), the inner and outer surfaces are clean and bright.
– Hardness: Soft state (HRB≤90)
– Material: 304 / 304L / 316 / 316L
– Standard: ASTM (ASME) SA A213 /A269/A270 and DIN, GB, JIS.
– Size: OD 6 to 25.4 mm, WT: 0.71 to 2.11 mm
– Length: for seamless, max 90 kg per coil tube, for example, 6×1 size, max length is 700 m. No limitation for welded coil
– Tolerance: D4/T4, OD/WT ±0.1mm
– Advantages: The outer surface is finely polished, with uniform wall thickness, precise tolerance, and a clean inner surface. Each tube undergoes pressure or water pressure and eddy current testing, and the inner hole is inspected with an endoscope.

How do we make the stainless steel seamless tubing
Why is the inside of the tubes clean?
Regarding the method of cleaning the inside surface, we utilize a “water wash by sponge” technique as outlined below:
- Insert a sponge into the tubing from one end.
- Use the pressure of the water current to move the sponge inside the tubing, effectively removing dust, residual acid, and fragments from the internal surface.
- Repeat this cleaning process several times.
- After cleaning, blow out the water from the tube using compressed air.
- Place the tubing into a drying oven to ensure complete drying.
This method ensures thorough cleaning and prepares the tubing for further processing or use.
