At our facility, the bright annealed stainless steel tube (BA tube) is manufactured through a series of controlled steps to guarantee precision, corrosion resistance, and surface brightness.
Step 1 – Raw Material Preparation
High-quality stainless steel mother tubes are carefully received and inspected.

Step 2 – Wall Thickness Reduction
Tubes undergo initial reduction to achieve the required wall thickness.

Step 3 – Cleaning & Degreasing
Surface impurities are removed to ensure cleanliness before heat treatment.

Step 4 – Bright Annealing (Straight Tube Form)
Tubes are heat-treated under a protective atmosphere to improve ductility and brightness.

Step 5 – Bull Wheel Drawing
Further drawing enhances dimensional accuracy and mechanical properties.

Step 6 – Coil Tube Processing
Degreasing and BA heat treatment in coil form are performed to meet coil tubing standards.

Step 7 – Repetition for Precision
Steps are repeated until the tube reaches the required size and finish.

Step 8 – Straightening & Cutting
Tubes are straightened, cut to a fixed length, and prepared for final treatment.

Step 9 – Surface Polishing & Stenciling
The tube surface is polished, marked, and traceable.

Step 10 – Testing & Quality Assurance
Comprehensive testing is performed for both straight tubes and coil tubes.

Step 11 – Coil Level Winding
For coil tubing, precise level winding ensures uniform delivery.

Step 12 – Packaging & Shipment
Finished BA tubes are packed securely for global shipping.

Our bright annealed seamless stainless steel tubes are widely used in petrochemical, instrumentation, medical, and energy industries. Consistent process control ensures high performance and long service life.
