“We met this Mexican customer at the Houston Exhibition. After fulfilling a sample order, they placed a substantial order for Stainless Steel A312 304 & 316L AP Pipe and A269 304 & 316L BA Tube, amounting to two containers. Within 50 days, we successfully delivered the products.
After-Story:
“Unfortunately, some packages were damaged when the customer received the products, resulting in scratches on the pipe surfaces. After providing proof pictures taken before loading, we determined that the shipping company was responsible. We assisted the customer in filing a claim for the loss. Additionally, to maintain our long-term cooperation, we decided to offer the customer a 1.5% discount to compensate for their loss.
